ORS@Work: An Introduction to Coaching Teams & Systems™

I completed the ORS@Work class in January 2026 as part of my wider exploration of human systems, aiming to figure out what’s behind Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™). The conclusion?

It’s an incredibly good fit for my needs regarding interacting with human systems; ORSC™ is now my top choice. What I liked:

  • Highly professional teachers – deeply insightful, humble, and caring
  • Rich methods of interaction – original tools for both virtual and on-site work
  • Practical – hours of exercises, guided by demonstrations and feedback
  • Solid foundations – systems thinking, process work, emotional and social intelligence
  • Participants – from whom I learned a lot
